These are professionally produced audio recordings, with sound designer and composer, Marc Pierucci (www.marcpierucci.com). Each meditation uses sound therapy and is tuned to a specific musical frequency to illicit further release. Listen in the comfort of your own home or any other place. Don't forget to bookmark this page! I'm consistently writing and recording new meditations as the ideas emerge.

I teach 2 styles of meditation called Instinctive Meditation®, that was created by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine and the Stress Is Gone method, created by Brett Cotter. Both, Stress is Gone & Instinctive Meditation® found me, when other styles of meditation were not working for my busy mind. In Instinctive Meditation®, the premise is that meditation is a natural process and if we follow our instincts, desires, and emotions, we can be in a meditative state in a plethora of situations. This style of meditation is free flowing, non-restrictive, and what a LOVE about it most for REAL people! The Stress is Gone method is a specific type of mediation that goes into the deep layers of your psyche. I offer a blend of both with my unique twist.
I am a Certified Instinctive Meditation Teacher ®. This was an intensive 200 hour training that took about a year to complete. I have also taken the Stress is Gone Meditation Teacher Trauma Specialist Training. In addition I have been a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) since 2006 and I have been practicing meditation for over 20 years. In my first career as a High School teacher I earned respect from both students and colleagues, for my ability to motivate, engage, and creatively teach in a way that my students understood the content, no matter what skill level they presented with. I bring my professional training of pedagogy to my work as a meditation teacher and psychotherapist and am humbled to call teaching a true art.
I specialize in creating meditations for people who are experiencing grief and loss. Loss is universal, yet it uniquely changes us in ways that are unimaginable. Broken hearts, losing a loved one, relocation, a loss of a dream, being robbed of a childhood--all these experiences and the endless list of so many losses sometimes brings us to a point, where we want change, become the best versions of ourselves, and release what no longer serves us. My whole heart is in this work and it's the clients, students, and my own experience of excruciating loss that has inspired me to help people through my audio recordings, workshops, coaching, and consulting.
